Your First Visit

On your arrival at our practice, you have spoken to our experienced Practice Managers who have facilitated this first visit.

If your first visit is for a dental emergency, you will be seeing our dentist right away and we will do our best to relieve you. This is not a usual system of working but emergencies are always given priority.

However if your visit is a routine check-up with the intention to join our practice, you will be assessed by our dentist on your oral health. This first assessment is a walk through to establish baseline records, details of your past dental history and discuss your dental expectations and future line of treatment. At this visit you may also have digital X-rays and high definition photographs made to create an overview of your mouth. This helps us to fully record and share with you the present oral status you are in. This information is useful to arrive at discuss cost prior to any procedure.

The purpose of our first meeting would clearly be to determine if our practice is where you would like to have your immediate and long term oral care.

Our team will always make every effort to fully explain and so exceed your expectation of us.

Thus in the first visit we do your oral diagnosis and provide you with a treatment plan.

Your Second Visit

Once you accept our treatment plan, we will move to your second visit is usually to review the treatment plan and implement it. Amidst the daily activities, people need to review the latest techniques on oral hygiene because often these techniques modify the way dental treatment is done for betterment of the patients.

Thus we will tell you about brushing techniques, flossing techniques, special brushes and other oral hygiene aids best suited for you.

Depending on your comfort level with us which we have built with you, you can also start your treatment with us.
